Hi, I’m Abbie!
I’ve owned and operated Lifestyle Elements Concierge since 2004. I know what it’s like to get through those hurdles of starting your business and the nerves that can kick in just before your launch.
I’ve created a personal concierge business that now supports myself, my husband, and a team of staff and contractors. I have many clients who have been with us for over 10 years, and numerous who have been with us even longer. I’ve learnt how to seek recurring bookings from existing clients, where to look to find new clients, and how to get them telling everyone about our business!
I’ve spoken at national conferences and been a finalist in the Young Business Women’s Awards. Journalists have sought be out as an expert and featured me in newspapers, magazines, on radio, and on television. Based in Australia, we have worked with clients from China, Malaysia, The Netherlands, England and the United States, many now for numerous years.
Since starting my business in 2004, at the age of 23, I’ve been able to create a business that perfectly works for our family, with three young children, and do what I love. There has been a lot of trial and error, and you will get the benefit of learning from my experience, much of it which has come to me the hard way. It doesn’t have to be like that for you!
When I started my personal concierge business, I wished there was a step-by-step system I could follow. However, the personal concierge industry was so new in 2004, there were very few people who I could look to for guidance. I had to guess my pricing, guess what services clients might need, and guess who would even want to use me.
After over 16 years in business, and supporting many personal concierge business owners as they launch their business, I have been able to distill down, into the Five Pillars, what I believe are the most important things you need to do to launch and grow your business.

How long does The Personal Concierge Mastermind go for?
The Personal Concierge Mastermind is a three month program. This time gives you the best opportunity to launch your business and start attracting your ideal client, whilst getting the benefits of personalised support from Abbie throughout the process. You can also choose to continue after the three months.
How do the payments work?
You will make three monthly payments of $349.99 each. Once you sign up these will be automatically deducted from your bank account. . Once you click Sign Up Now, you will be taken through a registration and payment process.
When does The Personal Concierge Mastermind program start?
The Personal Concierge Mastermind program is launching in February 2020. This is then an ongoing program. You can join The Personal Concierge Mastermind at any time and slot immediately into the group.
What happens at the end of The Personal Concierge Mastermind program?
At the end of the program you will be given Lifetime Access to the program content. However, you will no longer have access to the private Mastermind group, Live Calls or direct access to Abbie. If you would like access to all of this ongoing, you can continue your Mastermind subscription for $349.99 per month until you decide to cancel. Otherwise, your access will be cancelled at the end of the three months.
