Your Personal Concierge Book List – Part 2

I’m back to share with you some more books I believe should be on your book list! If you missed Part 1 please click here.

As I’ve said in the past, I ready a lot of books, but I also listen to many of them. I find it great to pop my headphones in and listen to an audiobook as I’m working, or whilst driving between jobs.

What books do you love? Please comment below or drop me an email. 5

Below I’d like to share with you some of the books that I have been reading which I highly recommend! As I read and listen to so many books, I think this will become a regular post! I’d also love to hear about any books you recommend so please comment below!

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

This is a classic book for anyone looking to find purpose and meaning in their life. I re-read this book again recently and realised I had forgotten much of the book. It is a parable, a folk story, with a strong meaning that I believe anyone could apply to their own life.

The 5am Club by Robin Sharma

I absolutely loved this book and completely bought into the 5am theory. For a while. Then I kind of crashed and burned and needed to regroup. However, I still want to recommend this book to you because, like The Alchemist, this book is told as a story. A wise man is teaching two other people all the important lessons he has learned in his life and why they have made him the success he is. I took a lot away from this book, and feel that once my children are older and not so demanding of my time and my sleep, that I will attempt to rejoin the 5am club.

On Becoming Fearless by Arianna Huffington

I have spoken about this book before, but wanted to include it in my list because I really enjoyed it. I especially liked hearing from Arianna, one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world, talk about what it’s really like to run your own business and to peek behind the scenes. She discusses her own challenges and the approaches she takes in her life to ‘do it all’.

So tell me, what are some of your favourite books? I’d love to hear so please comment below!
