Starting a personal concierge business, or in fact any business, can be a daunting prospect. I regularly have prospective personal concierge business owners tell me that they’re “almost” ready to start “but……” What comes after the ‘but’ is often different, yet also the same. It all comes down to one thing – fear.
So, when someone contacts me to ask for more advice before they launch, unless there is a pressing reason why they shouldn’t, I inevitably respond with – JUST LAUNCH!
Here are some things you should do – in this order!! (In other words, please don’t wait until your business cards are printed before you publish your facebook page. Publish your facebook page!! Today!!).
It really is as simple as that.
Starting is the easiest and hardest part. Generally though, the only hard part about it is deciding to do it.
(1) Join our free facebook group if you haven’t already, and keep us up-to-date with how you are going aka let us know that you have launched!!
(2) Work your way through the “Yes, you should probably have” list as quickly as you can.
(3) Then immediately work your way through the “Just do it!” list.
REMEMBER you don’t have to be perfect. In fact, you never will be perfect so do not worry about that. Just get out there! Once you get started your confidence will build!
